A. Every project is customized to meet your needs, and your costs. However, the two elements which contribute the most to cost are the number of questions asked and the number of people asked. This is why the first Consultation is always free!
Q. What about confidentiality?
A. MarkeTec is a member of the Marketing Research Association and American Marketing Association and adheres to the code of ethics prescribed by these professional organizations. All employees sign a confidentiality agreement prior to employment. All training stresses the importance of confidentiality. Interviewing staff are not told who the client is, unless specified by the client to do so.
